Return Policy


Our products are all hand-made with love and attention to details, but we know they are not always perfect. If you are not 100% in love with them, you can submit a exchange request within 7 days from the order delivery date. If there are quality issues with the product, you can submit a return request within 7 days from the order delivery date.

We provide customer service support from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Beijing time except Sunday and holidays.

We will reply your email within 24 hrs except Sunday and holidays.

and provide the following details:
Order number
Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
Reasons for the return/exchange
Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.
Please ensure that the photos clearly display the tags attached to the item(s). This will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return process. We will process your return request within 48 hours and provide you with further instructions.
Purchases excluding final sale can be returned for a Store Credit or Exchange Only. Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:
The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Swimwear)
The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
Accessories( Press on nails, necklaces, gloves) non-returnable
A receipt and proof of purchase is available

*Special Explanation:Non-quality issues are not refundable; sizing issues can be exchanged


*Please do not send packages to the waybill address. Any packages sent there will be refused.

Exchanges 

Exchanges can only be processed one (1) time per original order. If the item needs to be returned again only Store Credit will be available.
Please note items can only be exchanged for the same style in a different size Or different color only.
In the event that there is a delay with the in transit scan, there may be times the exchanged item is out of stock you will be issued with a store credit.

Faulty Item Return

We work hard to ensure every piece from our collections arrives to you in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered as faulty, we request that we are notfied by a return request within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to assit you.
If the fault is noticed after wearing the item, please include this information when describing the fault in the submission.
Refund is available if the item arrives faulty.
Please Note:
  • Please remember to keep the tracking information for your return package. To ensure a smooth return process and for the security of both our customers and our business, we kindly request that you retain the tracking information for your return package
  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs

FREE REFUND POLICY

Return Conditions
1. No refunds without quality problems.
2. The returned items must be in an unused state together with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. Products that indicate non-returnable products (including some promotional products) and free-of-charge products are not returnable.

How to get a refund?
If there is a quality problem, please send an email to service@shineinsky.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and provide proof of the quality problem, such as photos or videos.
If the situation is true, we will contact you to return the package to our designated address, and we will arrange a refund for you within 7 working days after receiving your package.

important reminder:
1. We do not accept returned packages that use the cash on delivery service. The return shipping fee is non-refundable. We will reject the receipt if you send it on delivery.
2. Before you send the returned goods to us, please check carefully whether your returned goods are correct. We are not responsible for the return of non-SHINEINSKY products.
